      Salary is good if you please your manager.

      Cons

      No learning other than domain and product knowledge. Most managers are developers promoted to managers during covid and need training on management. Lot of micro management in the BU.

      Cons

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
