- This role has basically condensed sales operations, renewals sales, ISA, sales trainers, and deal management into one without providing pay that acknowledges all these facets - Treated as secretaries rather than co workers by a large part of the organization - Poor leadership - lack of understanding and empathy for what we are doing on a daily basis - Many of those who are in account executive roles refuse to learn the new systems and depend on CPMs to do it all for them, and higher leadership condones this behavior
