This company is ran as a private equity fund - Staff Engineer I Broadcom Employee Review

I liked making great products, not just products that make the most money. If you are like me, this is not the right place for you. My company was acquired and I tried staying but it's just too much for me. They are not respecting small customers that don't bring in big contracts and they don't respect the existing customers or existing contracts of the acquired companies. And the company requires onsite 5 days a week even if you are not co-located with any of your team members.
