Pros
flexible working time; Very good management from 1st/2nd level managers; easy to switch the work assignment sometimes.
Cons
Very little interaction between different BUs; No clear long term direction for some groups; work load for different engineers could vary a lot, and it usually will not be reflected into the stock bonus.
