      Everything else is bad Low salary No benefits at all No career opportunity You can’t take sick leave You can’t work from home even if you are sick

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
