      The total comp is great

      Cons

      The base salary is not good, so you need to keep making it through quarters. They are implementing full RTO. Stressful continuously meeting insane profit expectations.

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
