Unless you work close to one of the offices, good luck with your commute. Management doesn't give two sh*ts if you spend half a day getting to and from the “office”…even if your entire team is basically in another country (yes- country!). High producer, engaged employee, rockstar….it doesn’t matter to management so long as your butt sits in a cube farm so you can be on Zoom all day. Such a shame good talent is leaving due to absurd RTO mandates.
