      Layoffs affecting my team every 6 months or so during my tenure Revenue is analyzed per division, so if a given division is not profitable enough (but still making money) they will have cuts

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
