      They offer a good basic salary

      Do not seem to care about their employees. You are just a number. This is especially true if you are not based in the US. Zero chance of progression. Poor management.

      Cons

      Soulless corporate structure and demands. Broadcom acquired the company I worked for and drastically increased prices immediately, alienating well over 50% of our customers.
