      Pros

      Pay, benefits, and working with amazing people (when it was VMware). Broadcom stock has been doing great, so there's that.

      Cons

      Broadcom's buyout of VMware gutted it. With the original company size now nearly cut in half, whatever VMware was is just a memory.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
