      Friendly managers, growth inclined, nice place to work

      Since I joined recently I did not find any cons. Company was recently acquired by Avago and we are not sure about our employment here so currently looking for opportunities

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
