Pros

Broadly is a fantastic company. I have worked in sales for 10 years in several different industries ranging from medical to retail. I took the plunge into SaaS sales about 2 years ago and Broadly was the perfect place to start and grow in my career. I am a young LGTBQ+ woman that is thriving in the male dominated SaaS- sales world & Broadly has uplifted me every step of the way. Broadly truly has been the best decision I have made in my professional life. Happy hours, team day trips, vacation stipends, fun off-sites, incredible sales spiffs, fun environment, great team, room to grow, etc. I look forward to coming to work every day, even after two years. That's saying something! Broadly is the place to be.

Cons

I don't have any cons, however, I do have realities to share. Selling software to small businesses isn't the easiest job in the world by any means. Being is sales can be difficult at times, there's ups and downs. If you put in hard work, perfect your craft, and are consistent, you will win and make really good money.
