Pros
Broadly as a product is very sound in what it does best which is getting businesses great online reviews. The team was fun and lively but there seemed to be a separation between the different departments at times. Company events were some of the highlights of working there - they do know how to have a good time. If you don't mind the tenuous amount of sales calls you have to make, you can gain great overall experience for your career in sales.
Cons
During my time at Broadly, there was no alignment between management and the direction the company was moving as a whole. The sales team was often left in the dark between decisions that were being made which greatly affected our individual efforts. The company was placing more effort into expanding the actual product than expanding the organization as a whole. Account Executives were left with the task of managing the entire sales process and even upon closing a deal, it wasn't solidified that you would be rewarded for that deal. This created a lot of stress and discomfort as an Account Executive - especially with a product that is constantly changing which affects the nature of selling it. The company made large changes to management upon my departure so hopefully some of these issues were addressed.
