Pros
Going to work everyday in a cool Office in Oakland right off the ferry and close to Bart is pretty awesome. My colleagues are committed and supportive - which makes for an easy sales environment. The office is open which lends itself to collaboration with a dedicated team. The perks are great - gym, health, dental, vision, etc. generous vacation policy and a generous leadership team.
Cons
The obvious growing pains exist, but again the leadership team responds quickly and effectively when the need arises. Sometimes I wish they were ahead of it rather than reactive.
