Food and drinks but not much different than most startups. You’ll meet great people who are over worked and under appreciated.

Dishonest company. They don’t have HR when I was there for a reason. They let ethical and internal complains slip and if you stand up for yourself they fire you. Some people even get fired because they blow the whistle on the favoritism. There are members in sales that get maintained and all the resources at times because they were the first to hire but they act as wolves in sheep’s clothing. There is almost no one from the sales team still there that started a but more than a year ago. Food and drinks are the kool-aid. They promote alcoholism for an overworked sales team. You work hard to then drown in your sorrows. They could care less about their team. The end goal is probably to sell. It’s widget company trying to brand itself as the best thing ever. It isn’t, it’s a get rich quick scheme for management delivering a minimal viable product. Any business can build a similar function or buy it at a fraction of a cost using other content syndication partners or buying a tutorial course for 11.99. Oh and their automatic SEO is a joke.
