Pros
The best Pro I can say, is I will never refer this company to anyone...if you want to sell your soul, then this is the place for you. Pros of having a turnstile of employees is what makes this company still prevail.
Cons
I can't list the amount of cons. Way too many. Not speaking as a former employee only. But speaking the truth! Lack of career opportunities, low wage, horrible benefits, and poor work/life balance to name a few. The "superiors" expect you to do the work of 5 people and when you do accomplish that. Now they asking you to do work for 10 people. While giving you zero raises and cheap incentives. But I won't go into detail how great management has it- and- while they shed money from lower employees, it goes into their pockets.
