Pros
The company has tremendous potential and opportunity its markets and attempts to embrace progressive work from home and other HR policies. It wants to do the right thing by its employees but doesn't know how.
Cons
So many, unfortunately - a highly fractured leadership team that thrives on managing in silos and reacting to crises that are self-inflicted, a highly political work environment that rewards tenured people who have no big-company work experience and extreme resistance to process development or investment in infrastructure. And all of this is exacerbated by tremendous growth through acquisition, with no ability to integrate on the back end. Work hours can be arduous at times.
