Pros
A strong company to work for. They have great benefits and a very good reputation for providing excellent services and solutions.
Cons
They seem to be attracting a buyer. They are cutting employees to the bone. This is not a good place to be if you are paid above market value or older than 50. Certain areas have limited advancement (especially outside of NY office)
