Pros
Lots of comraderie and feeling like being part of a second family with fellow non-management associates. Did learn alot about several different job positions within the organization.
Cons
Had a nearly 1 to 1, 16 associates to 15 members of management, management to associare ratio in my section at one point during employment. Often had to wait for or never received answers to questions. When we, myself and fellow associates, did receive answers they were often conflicting.
