Pros

Strong product base in financial services domain and hence strong financial position for at least next 3 years.

Cons

Inefficiency and politics at its best.. Heavy work load on people who actually want to work , and the lion share of any benefits goes into the pockets of senior managers and their favourites. Feel less of freedom being a developer as there are lot of restrictions.
