Pros

People there are nice and easy to get along with. Mostly you bond about how terrible working there is. Hours there are flexible though. 50 hours per week at the most.

Cons

There is a disconnect between the different groups. Sales group tend to overpromise what we can deliver. When the Implementation crew tries to fix the problem, the developers will make it difficult. Then upper management will wonder why we aren't closing deals.
