Pros
1. Initial learning opportunities are good. 2. Early on site travel (short term). 3. Leads and Mangers are good, but can't say the same about the people above them. 4. Very less work pressure. You can chill, study, develop yourself as much as possible.
Cons
1. Poor growth, both in terms of money and career. 2. Everything is in the hands of higher management and HR. Managers and leads don't have any power. 3. Nothing comes without asking or threatening to leave. 4. 3 months notice period. 6-12 months bond for a travel of merely 2 months. Retention policies are extremely strong which makes switching difficult. 5. Package includes 12.5% of variable bonus, sodexos, gratuity and other stuff, be careful with what they are offering you. Initial in hand will be less than INFY/TCS. 6. No parties/outing/fun activities. Although they have a campus but its just green and open unlike other IT offices.
