      Excellent work/life balance Good employee benefits and perks (yoga, celebrations, summer/winter events, social committee, etc) Friendly culture, nice smart, down to earth people Super conscious about being diverse and inclusive Great exposure to securities industry Hands on managers

      Cons

      Typical big corporation with associated red tape Possibly lower pay than tech peers Can feel like a small cog in a big machine Sink or swim training / low support if you don't like that style
