One of the worst run companies Ive been part of - Senior Director, Engineering Broadridge Employee Review

- Poor leadership at the executive level across the board - Inability to manage client expectations and set reasonable targets and goals - No actual vision into the future of what they really want to do - Large legacy tech footprint with no ability to modernize or strategy to move forward - A lot of life time employees in positions of power which in its self is not a problem but the inability to have new ideas voiced and executed on from new people is just at a level never seen by me before - Poor job an acquiring and integrating - C level executives have no real vision or plan outside of stock price good - Poor incentive structure for long term employee retention when compared to other companies in the same space (stock options, etc)
