Business Outlook
Pros
Broadridge has a healthy culture, at least in the Denver area. There are opportunities for employees to take if they work hard and contribute. I believe the compensation is fair but not great.
Cons
The challenges come from NYC. We get emails with a bunch of gobbledygook, corporate speak in them. I could spend hours deciphering some of these emails. There seems to be more and more pressure to implement a top-down approach, but we'd be better off left alone for the most part.
