Pros

One of the few corporations that have a major office on Long Island so it's a nice commute rather than having to commute into NYC

Cons

1. The pay is peanuts compared to the amount of work you have to do. Plus side projects that Project Managers should be doing who get paid 100k+ NOT regular associates who get paid 26 USD per hour. 2. You have to write these Personal Development essays called PMPs which are disgusting as they basically force you to say that Broadridge is a great place to work. 3. Jobs are frequently posted on Workday but they sit there for MONTHS. They don't seem to prioritize moving up their employees but rather hire outside workers with previous experience to avoid training. Sometimes you interview and wait and wait until they decide to FREEZE the job position then you wait more and they suddenly close the position. 4. Dozens upon dozens of 'Managers' yet none of them have a backbone to actually get anything useful done. It's a company full of 'Yes Men' and toxic positivity. I had positive thoughts on Broadridge when I was first hired but as time went on and I moved throughout the company, my opinion quickly soured. They gave me a 78 cent raise. That's right. 78 cents... Stay far away from Broadridge
