Cons
Their Management style of choice is bullying. They love to hear themselves talk but none of them know what they are doing. Very incompetent, narcissistic, bullying, instilling fear in their employees. Everything they say are lies. They talk out of two sides of their mouth. They have no integrity. Their main goal is to outsource all finance functions to India and lay off knowledgeable US employees just to save a buck...or better yet to increase the wealth of the greedy shareholders. It will come back to haunt them one day soon. Upper management are robots, all mechanical. None of them have anything valuable to bring to the table.
