      Good Work life balance and not much hectic days

      Cons

      Not great salary, no promotion, no hike. Forceful WFO to employees irrespective of work they do. Appraisal depends on how many days you come to office rather than your work.

      The amount of admin work is insane. So much internal work that competes with marketing priorities.
