Challenging work, when it's available. People are generally smart. Flat-hierarchical, which helps in cutting red-tape.
Cons
The CEO is a narcissist and does little to prevent that kind of culture from existing within the organization. If you love massaging egos, this is the place for you. Close to zero career growth. You work on similar projects and there is little employee recognition. Moderate financial benefits. Painfully outdated project management, which results in a frustrating work experience.
