Pros
They have decent pay, offices in trendy cities, and put a lot of effort into recruiting and training college hires. There are regular events to meet your coworkers and people are very nice and friendly.
Cons
I don't see any viable career path for senior employees here. A few long term senior employees manage to make it work but that usually seems to be the employees that were with the company since the beginning or to involve a lot of stagnation and frustration if you weren't; so they've been having trouble holding onto talent. My perception is that there's not much opportunity to increase your responsibility within the company or to learn new skills to improve your resume; because I'm not mentally stimulated or working towards any career growth it's also been a demoralizing place for me to work. The company also seems to be pretty resistant to moving people around to different teams so it seems common to me for people to be pigeonholed into sticking with whatever they worked on first, no matter how poor a fit it is. There aren't always regular reviews, or annual raises so advancement primarily comes through either consistently logging a ton of extra hours, or your boss liking you and upper management liking your boss.
