Pros
Nice view from the office with an opportunity to dabble in finance and try to assume ownership
Cons
Archaic structure with next to no opportunity for growth. All knowledge in the company seems to be held in the heads of employees both current and former. Documentation is out of date and finding information is made to feel like pulling teeth You are asked to be independent yet told to not be afraid to ask questions. It's a hilarious dichotomy which just makes you feel like you're a burden on others for not knowing everything. Whenever something is wrong, it's your fault yet when things go well, it's because Broadway is the best at what it does. At no point do you feel valued. Basically, this company feels like a college frat. Things are run a certain way and will not change. You either have to adapt or get out. Your concerns really will never be taken into consideration and those who are rewarded are those who put on the best face and are known better by upper management. Performance really has no concrete indicator, it's all perception. You are meant to be there regardless of what you're doing just for the sake of seeming like you're busy. You can do better than this company, believe me.
