Pros

It's a relatively small company, so any problems are addressed very quickly. Everyone is flexible on any life situations that come up within reason.

Cons

Pay could be slightly higher, but the flexibility more than makes up for it.

Pros

Broadway Ventures makes you feel appreciated.  I have amazing management and an engaged HR department; those are so valuable to a team. Broadway is one of the best places I have ever worked. I enjoy the work I do.

Cons

I have no cons for any part of Broadway Ventures.
