      Pros

      Nerf wars, annual paint-ball event, awesome family environment, good group of people, I love my co-workers. We really do work as a team.

      Cons

      I may be biased, but really there are no cons. They are Jewish Owned - so we have off all major Jewish holiday, which are not paid, and we have the option of using PTO. But everyone is really flexible with this!

      Pros

      Incredibly friendly crew of people that all chip in to help each other, no matter what. It really sets this place apart from the 99,9% of the workforce. It is nice to know there are still employers who care about the work environment they create and people that come to work with a good attitude willing to work hard with a smile on their face. Great place to build my career. Benefits are also really excellent. I can see the owner doesn't just focus on the take home pay but wants us to have good health and look to our future retirement years too. Other employers don't worry about that kind of stuff.

      Cons

      There really isn't a downside.

      Pros

      Willing to make changes quickly when needed.

      Cons

      Not accepting of constructive feedback. One owner feels they are a good leader...has no idea about what a leader is. Not willing to grow a person. Do or fail and be fired...there is no middle ground. People are disposable and they don't care UNLESS you are one of their pets. A cat has more pull than anyone in the office. Lead CSR let's cat eat out of her lunch. Lead CSR is unprofessional and incompetent in her role but has more pull than anyone but the cat.
