Better CEO leadership team. The CEO has selected quite a few old school, aged, egocentric leaders for his leadership team. These leaders have accomplished “absolutely nothing. “ Pushing papers, buying time. Team could use a few progressive youthful leaders. CEO needs new to reimagine his leadership team, and create on that brings a more forward thinking vision and perspective. These older leadership team members are not open to change. They are still stuck in the 80’s mindset, and still using the outdated 80’s strategy from their past organizations. This is poor for engagement and millennials are bored.
