Pros
Dedicated passionate colleagues who truly care about their clients and the quality of work. Supervisors actually supervise. Management actually cares (somewhat) about staff professional development and advancement. Policies and procedures are far from problem free but management is pretty open to listening to staff complaints (at least compared to other places I have worked).
Cons
Case loads are too high. Insufficient efforts by exec management to keep workloads at reasonable level and hire enough people to do the work. "Flexible" working hours and "unlimited " vacation policy, but you're actually expected to work law firm hours to keep up with all the work. You might find some of your colleagues overly self-important and/or self-righteous.
