      Able to learn new skills at administrative development meetings. Also an opportunity to leave the desk. I can not really think of anything else.

      Cons

      Social workers are taught to look down on their clientele Low energy co-workers Revolving Door, in and out Older employees could care less about basic technical skills such as typing.

      Friendly Coworkers Contacts with high level city employees Ample vacation time Healthcare and Pension Benefits

      Cons

      Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

      Plenty of employee benefits to opt into. Generous PTO. Trainings and tools for mental health awareness and self care.

      Cons

      Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
