      HR doesn't protect anyone other than Admin Supervisors micromanage No training is truly provided Admin harasses and bullies staff Salary for positions is all different and NOT based off of salary Clients are not treated like people, only numbers

      Friendly Coworkers Contacts with high level city employees Ample vacation time Healthcare and Pension Benefits

      Cons

      Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

      Plenty of employee benefits to opt into. Generous PTO. Trainings and tools for mental health awareness and self care.

      Cons

      Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
