You will have more skills than you came with when you leave Bronxworks. It is the type of place where you will wear more hats than a clown.

Cons

Many people who want to do good in an underprivileged community can be burnt out because of pressures from funders who are disconnected from the actual clientele. All the funders care about are making the numbers.

Cons

Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
