      Size is Also a con, too big for administration to manage efficiently. Lack of personal touch, caring for all employees

      Cons

      Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

      Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
