More worried with enrollment numbers and not clients, management always sent employers to HR and HR would always say it was out of their control, very few people have degrees in social work so they do not genuinely care about communities they are working with.

Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.
Plenty of employee benefits to opt into. Generous PTO. Trainings and tools for mental health awareness and self care.
Cons
Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
