Pros

The kids were great and the hours allowed for time for me to continue taking college courses.

Cons

Was micromanaged a lot while working there. Not support from higher ups when supervisor was giving trouble. Always left work feeling very frustrated.

Cons

Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

Plenty of employee benefits to opt into. Generous PTO. Trainings and tools for mental health awareness and self care.

Cons

Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
