Pros

They claim to be the best paying non for profit organization.

Cons

Really not a fun place to work at. Employee burnout is off the charts. Turn over rate is ridiculous. As a result, management is constantly over working the remaining staff. There is zero opportunity for growth unless you obtain another degree. They don't really care about their employees' mental health. They don't try to do anything to maintain a positive work environment. No trainings (not even for new employees). No staff development. No overtime. No incentives. No bonuses. No salary increases aside from COLA. Poor air circulation in the building because the windows cannot open. You barely get water. Steer clear if you can.
