      Managers and coworkers are supportive and there is room for development and growth within the organization. We have the opportunity to apply for jobs working with different populations.

      Cons

      A lot of red tape to get approvals.

      Friendly Coworkers Contacts with high level city employees Ample vacation time Healthcare and Pension Benefits

      Cons

      Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

      Plenty of employee benefits to opt into. Generous PTO. Trainings and tools for mental health awareness and self care.

      Cons

      Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
