Pros

You will make a positive impact in a lot of members of the community. Great weekly supervision and support. A good place for recent college graduates to expand their knowledge and explore the field before graduate school.

Cons

High caseloads and many high risk clients. Difficult to meet the needs of all the clients.

Cons

Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

Cons

Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
