      Pros

      Maybe helping the community. Eventually the work became so stressful, I did not have the motivation to help others.

      Cons

      Everything, Management is terrible. I was provided NO training at all. I was told to try to complete housing applications without guidance. Expectations were way too high and there was not enough time to complete any of the work. It is not worth the money or the stress honestly!

      Friendly Coworkers Contacts with high level city employees Ample vacation time Healthcare and Pension Benefits

      Cons

      Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

      Plenty of employee benefits to opt into. Generous PTO. Trainings and tools for mental health awareness and self care.

      Cons

      Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
