      Pros

      Some of the other employees can be enjoyable to work with. The mission. When clients are left impacted, it can be rewarding. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Overworked, way underpaid, little to no staff appreciation. No delineation of roles (wear many hats). Funder expectations can be demanding. Management is dysfunctional and doesn't listen to staff's true needs. Neighborhood and surrounding areas can be rough. And you may be asked to do things above and beyond and way outside of your comfort level.

      Friendly Coworkers Contacts with high level city employees Ample vacation time Healthcare and Pension Benefits

      Cons

      Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

      Plenty of employee benefits to opt into. Generous PTO. Trainings and tools for mental health awareness and self care.

      Cons

      Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
