Pros

Fulfilling job. Benefits. Health insurance. Helping out vulnerable people. I'm growing a lot in this role, and there is job security in APS.

Cons

Boss gave me a heavy workload. Feel like I get so behind on documentation that I can't provide services for the people I help. I get yelled at by people all the time. Better performance is rewarded with a higher workload.

Cons

Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
