We certainly do not endorse the creation of any fake reviews and are not aware of any instances of this happening. Should we learn of this activity we would certainly take action.
In terms of mental health, we take this very seriously and are doing everything we can to put employee wellbeing at the top of our agenda – particularly after the past year and the pandemic. We have a team of certified Mental Health First Aiders to support our operational employees with this across our business, and have also launched an Employee Assistance Programme. We are expanding this programme to support our temporary staff as well, in the form of The Margery Club – set up in honour of our founder Margery Hurst who was passionate about mental health and experienced mental illness herself.
