there wasnt any i can think of

would put you on the lowest salary possible + the team bonus was a 'shared bonus pot' on the public sector side meaning you could have plenty of jobs on. your colleague may have nothing and you would receive the same bonus at the end of it. no value for mental health. so many people bullied out of the company. lots of progression promises that never happened.
