Pros
The communities are beautiful and well cared for. The residents are incredible to work with. Management actually knows when they are doing and tend to be an awesome support system.
Cons
Back breaking work for terrible pay. I understand low starting wages, many of the care staff that come through the door are not up to par in my eyes, but there really should be a system where after a certain time period the staff in which proved themselves should be given a good raise. On this salry you must choose between rent or bills or a car payment. There is no possible way to afford more than one of those at a time.
